• A 20% deposit is required to reserve products
• Remaining balance is due before shipment
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
4. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• International shipping available to most countries
• Customer is responsible for customs duties and import taxes
• Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery to carrier
5. Warranty and Returns
• Products come with manufacturer's warranty
• Defective products may be returned within 30 days
• Customer must obtain return authorization before shipping
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless product is defective
